Fran founded Australia PEO in 2018 after identifying a need for a more practical, locally delivered Employer of Record solution. With over two decades of experience in financial management and workforce solutions, she has guided the business from its Australian beginnings through the establishment of NZPEO and its evolution into ANZPEO.
Today, Fran sets the strategic direction of ANZPEO, driving innovation, long-term growth and a client and employee-first approach that continues to shape the business.
